These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, software demonstrations, and services provided by SHMR Tech Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing this website or using software showcased by SHMR Tech Labs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

All content, custom UI designs, software architecture, case study documentation, and proprietary code showcased on this site are the property of SHMR Tech Labs or their respective open-source license holders.

3. Concept Demos

Projects marked as "(Demo)" are independent technical and design explorations. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original trademark owners.

4. Limitation of Liability

All demonstrations and materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SHMR Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platforms.

Terma Perkhidmatan ini mengawal akses dan penggunaan laman web, demonstrasi perisian, serta perkhidmatan yang disediakan oleh SHMR Tech Labs ("kami").

3. Demonstrasi Konsep

Projek yang ditandakan sebagai "(Demo)" adalah eksplorasi teknikal dan reka bentuk bebas. Ia tidak mempunyai kaitan atau sokongan rasmi daripada pemilik tanda dagangan asal.

4. Had Liabiliti

Semua demonstrasi dan bahan disediakan "seadanya" tanpa sebarang jaminan. SHMR Tech Labs tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerugian tidak langsung akibat penggunaan platform kami.
